The article presents the meeting of the American Hemerocallis Society Board of Directors held on June 30, 2005 at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Several reports were presented by officers and committees on the activities of the society. It also provides information on the Articles of Incorporation amendment of the society as filed with the Iowa Secretary of State. A number of action items were also agreed upon by the officers during the meeting. |
