The article examines the antioxidative effect of an electrolyzed hydrogen-saturated water for drinking use by conducting a feeding test with rats. A water-electrolyzing device equipped with a special cation exchanger was use to produce a type of electrolyzed hydrogen-saturated water. The drinking water may have effects in reducing oxidative stress in the body. |
