Abstrakt: This article discusses methods for unifying the analysis and evaluation of indicators of scientific activity of scientists. The authors propose using professional and publication profiles to improve licensing and accreditation processes in educational institutions. The study highlights the importance of integrating modern information technology into research management, which allows for optimizing data retrieval and analysis processes. The primary attention is paid to publication activity as a critical indicator of scientific productivity and research quality. The article also discusses the need to regularly update competency models and employee profiles to ensure they are relevant and valuable. The results demonstrate that the unification of analysis methods and the use of profiles contribute to increasing the accuracy of management decisions, developing employees' scientific potential, and achieving educational institutions' strategic goals. Further research in this area aims to improve the quality of scientific research, strengthen international cooperation, and increase educational institutions' competitiveness at the global level.
