| Abstrakt: | The author reflects on the behavior of red fox. He notes that red fox is considered the world's most widely distributed terrestrial carnivore, its range spanning the entire northern hemisphere and mirroring that of no species so closely as Homo sapiens. She also mentions that red foxes mate in winter and broods of kits arrive in early spring and the young spend only a month in the den, nurtured by their devoted and efficient parents. |
