Abstrakt: Indonesia has abundant resources, including culture and local wisdom values that develop in people's lives. Local wisdom values in Indonesia are widely applied and taught from generation to generation in managing social order and behavior. Nevertheless, at this time, many of them are also used as a foundation in tourism development. This research was conducted to explore the dimensions of local wisdom so that it can be implemented in the management of tourism destinations. Tri Hita Karana (THK) is a Balinese local wisdom recognized by UNESCO. However, until now, Bali has not been able to fully implement it in the management of its destinations because there has been no deeper exploration of the three dimensions in THK. This research was conducted by conducting interviews and FGDs consisting of 21 resource persons from community leaders and cultural figures, as well as 240 sources from all tourism stakeholders in Bali. The study results revealed 22 attributes from the 3 dimensions of THK local wisdom, which can be implemented in the management of tourism destinations. Based on the interviews and FGDs, the research was continued by distributing questionnaires to 600 domestic and foreign tourists to assess the implementation of THK in managing tourism destinations. The survey results show that tourists perceive the Parahyangan (spiritual) dimension as having a higher average value compared to the average values of the other dimensions, namely Pawongan (social) and Palemahan (environmental).
