All over the world the Quality Management System (SCM) has received special attention in recent years. In one form or another, this system has been implemented by some public institutions in Kosovo. This study has as its purpose the impact of quality management focused on service enterprises, in any organization both management and the general workforce tend to resist change whether it is a culture system or environment. This is natural, people are usually happy to continue with what they have always done. The change brought about by the introduction of a quality management system, especially in the service industry, is no exception. However, companies that resist this change will find that they will become less effective and thus less competitive in the markets where customers are looking for products, and trouble-free services, so quality management is very important to ensure that our business excels in meeting customer demands and achieving organizational goals. We can emphasize that after the Second World War it was the state of Japan that emerged as the strongest supporter of quality management, after they rebuilt their economy with the help of great statisticians and engineers such as Demind and Juran.
