Abstrakt: |
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of risks arising within seaport area, while simultaneously demonstrating modern techniques contributing to greater safety in seaport area. Considering the specificity of a decision-making process, the paper presents solutions aiming at minimising the effects of an emergency situation within port area. Furthermore, the article demonstrates systems allowing for a quick detection of any possible breakdowns and monitoring systems that facilitate taking the right steps that are intended to eliminate, inter alia, environmental and technical risks. The current dynamic development of digital technologies and their implementation in seaport areas pose new challenges to entities managing the sphere of cyber security, while at the same time they streamline decision-making processes, providing a complete overview of a situation.
