The article discusses the development of a cloud-based pipeline for analyzing and visualizing neuronal electrophysiology recordings from high-density microelectrode arrays (HD-MEAs). The pipeline aims to address challenges related to data storage, processing, and visualization by utilizing cloud storage, computing resources, and an Internet of Things messaging protocol. It offers a solution to the limitations of local software tools and storage constraints, simplifying the electrophysiology data analysis process and facilitating the understanding of neuronal activity.
