Abstrakt: In this video we review techniques facilitating safe and efficient hysteroscopic resection of type 2-3 fibroid in a patient with a prior incomplete resection. We present a video of a single case in which the relevant techniques are highlighted. Patient was taken to the OR and positioned in dorsal lithotomy. Single case of patient with AUB-L with a large type 3 fundal fibroid on sonohysterography and a prior partial resection. Hysteroscopic myomectomy was performed employing visual cues, mechanical dissection of fibroid edges, and cycles of complete deflation of the uterus to deliver the fibroid into the cavity and facilitate safe complete resection. This case achieved 100% fibroid resection with no complications or perforation, within the fluid deficit limit, and with significant improvement of patient's AUB. Employing the techniques highlighted in this video can allow for a safe, efficient, and complete hysteroscopic myomectomy of even difficult type 2-3 fibroids. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
