This article presents information related to the ACA which will sponsor two programs on administrative concerns at the convention of the Western Speech Communication Association. WSCA is meeting in Fresno, California, February 16-19, 1983. Lorayne W. Lester, the ACA liaison to the Southeastern Theatre Conference, has arranged for six programs on administration at the SETC convention which opens on March 6, 1985, in Tampa. The convention runs through March 10, 1985. There will be two ACA programs at the Central States Speech Association convention when it meets in Indianapolis on April A, 1985. The convention runs through April 6, 1985. The ACA programs were planned by LaDonna Geddes of Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. Two programs under the sponsorship of the ACA will be on the SSCA program scheduled for Winston-Salem, North Carolina, April 11-14, 1985. Betty Jo Welch of the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, was responsible for the ACA programs. Panelist will explore the similarities and disparities in communication programs in secondary schools, four-year institutions and graduate institutions. Emphasis will be on administration, interaction and expectations of faculty in each place. |
