Abstrakt: The article discusses a retrospective review of complications associated with ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral block using a transverse in-plane approach at the level of the inferior articular process. The study included patients undergoing breast cancer surgery and found an overall incidence of complications at 21.9%, with transient hypotension being the most frequent complication.
