The article focuses on Damon Williams' journey from experiencing racial exclusion as a child to becoming a dedicated advocate for access in education. Topics include his early experiences with social exclusion and the motivation to build community connections, his career trajectory in higher education aimed at increasing opportunities for underrepresented students, and his current role at the University of Kentucky, where he continues to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. |
