Abstrakt: The article discusses the development of a recombinant CD95 Ligand with an isoleucine zipper motif for efficient cell apoptosis induction, particularly in anticancer therapy. The study highlights the high apoptosis induction efficiency of the modified CD95L and its potential applications in bionanotechnological and biomedical assays. The research presents a cost-effective production method for CD95L and emphasizes the importance of the stabilized trimeric structure in enhancing apoptosis signaling.
