| Abstrakt: | The article reevaluates the working relationship of painters Vincenzo Foppa and Ludovico Brea in Liguria, Italy with regards to commissions in Savona and Genoa in Italy in the 15th-century based on discovered documents. It discusses important aspects of Foppa's Della Rovere Altarpiece polyptych for the Cathedral of Savona and the triptych commissioned by Andrea Cicero for the Chapel of St Vincent Ferrer in the church of S. Maria di Castello in Genoa. |
