There are different paradigms for the nature of the teacher‘s profession at different educational levels and stages. They relate to the image of this profession arising from the annotations of study plans and programs in university documentation. In popular terms, both before and now, university professors pay attention to the personal qualities of future teachers, and society is critical of the ratio – predispositions and acquired professional competences, the result of pedagogical university education. In relation to this is the EQF/NQFs. However, unambiguity cannot be obtained between the expectations of the subjects and the current normative documents regarding the relationship – innate qualities and acquired ability for teaching in professional training with the integration of professional areas.
