Climate alliances are collaborative efforts between businesses, NGOs, and government stakeholders to address climate change and sustainability goals. These alliances help business leaders develop capabilities, access resources and expertise, and navigate complex climate challenges. They play a crucial role in addressing the climate crisis by framing problems, facilitating dialogue, and providing technical solutions. However, they face challenges in setting clear goals, maintaining a stable team, and securing long-term funding. Despite these challenges, collaboration through climate alliances offers a promising path for businesses to contribute to a more sustainable future. [Extracted from the article] |
