Abstrakt: A recent study conducted by researchers at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China has focused on the dynamic structure ensembles of RNA, which are not well understood due to limitations in current experimental techniques. The researchers developed a new version of the RNA base-specific force field (BSFF2) to address these limitations and conducted extensive evaluations to confirm its accuracy. The study explored the RNA strand slippage mechanism and presented molecular details of the dynamic transition. The researchers concluded that BSFF2 could be a valuable tool for studying RNA conformation and structure prediction, as well as for RNA-targeted drug design and therapy development.
