It outlines the process undertaken to gain Retail business managers' approval for a proof of concept utilizing AR, supported by a Storyboard demonstrating potential business benefits. The proof of concept aimed to illustrate how AR could increase sales and decrease return rates of furniture by allowing customers to visualize products in their own space before purchasing. Metrics for evaluating 3D model suppliers used in the AR platform are also discussed. The company's team developed the platform internally using Google's ARCore technology.
