This article discusses the evolution of a sexual health clinic in Singapore, which initially focused on providing Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) to men who have sex with men (MSM). Due to low uptake in this population, the clinic expanded its services to include comprehensive sexual health care for a broader range of clients. The clinic employed various strategies to increase uptake, such as recruiting staff from key populations, training a female doctor, providing free tests, and engaging community groups in educational campaigns. These interventions resulted in a significant increase in new clients, retention rates, and the percentage of non-MSM clients. The research highlights the successful growth and transformation of the clinic through innovative solutions and collaboration with healthcare providers and community groups.
