Abstrakt: A study conducted at Massachusetts General Hospital aimed to determine if the effectiveness of workplace health promotion programs varied based on employees' baseline chronic disease status. The study involved a 12-month behavioral intervention that included personalized feedback, peer comparisons, and financial incentives. The results showed that participants with chronic diseases had greater reductions in caloric intake and gained less weight compared to those without chronic diseases.
