Abstrakt: Dentinal dysplasia is a rare hereditary disorder, occurring in approximately 1 in 100,000 individuals, characterized by an irregular coronal tooth structure and abnormal dentin formation. Radiographic changes in the pulp chamber shape and root structure are common findings. These dental abnormalities can originate from apical lesions not associated with caries. This report aims to present the radiographic characteristics of dentinal dysplasia observed in a patient who sought dental care due to a radiographic finding of a cystic lesion in the anterior region of the mandible. Clinical Case: A 17-year-old female patient presented with a complaint of tooth mobility in the anterior mandibular region. A panoramic radiograph revealed an image suggestive of a cystic lesion in the left anterior mandibular region, with accompanying signs of pulp chamber and canal obliterations. Additionally, alterations in root shape were noted, consistent with the radiographic features of Type I dentinal dysplasia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
