Abstrakt: We report three cases of Bell's palsy (BP) successfully treated with Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT) (780 nm, 70 mW, E=9J). Case 1, a 52-year-old woman with BP severity grade V, received medication and seven LLLT sessions, reducing BP severity to grade II within 21 days. Case 2, a 37-year-old man with BP severity grade V, completed 24 LLLT sessions, resulting in a grade II improvement over 4 months. Case 3, a 40-year-old man with BP severity grade V, received medication and eight LLLT sessions, leading to a grade I improvement within 1.5 months. LLLT proved beneficial, restoring functions, facial expressions, and aesthetics, thus enhancing patients' quality of life within a short timeframe. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
