| Abstrakt: |
This article discusses a new approach to treating Class II malocclusions in growing patients using clear aligners. The authors present two case reports where the F22 aligner system with a mandibular-advancement feature called the "advancement block" was used. Both cases resulted in successful outcomes with improved profiles and aligned teeth. The article highlights the benefits of using clear aligners modified to incorporate mandibular advancement and suggests complementing treatment with other devices as needed.
