Abstrakt: |
The article provides an analytical review of known methods of degassing process liquids. An analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of known methods of degassing these liquids is presented. Emphasis is placed on the ultrasonic method of degas-sing, which is implemented by introducing an ultrasonic deformation wave into the liquid. The review shows different types of ultrasonic emitters built according to half-wave and wave acoustic schemes. Photographic materials and graphics of an exper-imental study of the ultrasonic method of degassing technological liquids with the involvement of piezoelectric transducers are used. The physical model of the process of ultrasonic degassing of the above-mentioned liquids is considered in the article. The necessity of carrying out works with the aim of additional study and improvement of the efficiency of ultrasonic degassing of technological liquids by means of an experimental study of the effect on the degassing process of the frequency, amplitude and intensity of ultrasonic oscillations is emphasized. Conclusions were made regarding the prospects of using the ultrasonic meth-od of liquid degassing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
