Abstrakt:	Learn to Orienteer is a beginner participation program developed by Orienteering Australia. It was created based on a successful trial in Victoria and input from representatives of each state. The program aims to teach orienteering skills explicitly and provide participants with opportunities to practice those skills on orienteering courses. It is designed to be flexible, allowing clubs to tailor the program to their specific needs. The goal is to establish a sustainable model that connects newcomers to club participation.
