The article focuses on Eva Stefani's film "Acropolis" which, in the context of globalized tourism and Greece's evolving historical narrative, explores the transformation of an obsolete technological relic into a monument of collective desire. Topics include the juxtaposition of the Parthenon and the female body, the voyeuristic and androcentric nature of the archaeological gaze, and the need for a new approach to heritage. |
