Transition Logic and Mechanism of Governance Model of Sports Social Organizations in China.

Abstrakt: Sports social organizations in China has developed more than 70 years, which has become an important organizational support for the modernization of sports governance. Based on the perspective of historical institutionalism, this research uses the literature method to process the transition of governance model of sports social organizations in China, and holds that the governance model of sports social organizations has experienced four stages of "administrative" governance, "quasi-social" governance,"limited inclusive" governance and "inclusive" governance,and bureaucratic logic governs the transition of governance model of sports social organizations, which shows obvious tendency of authoritative governance and full-time governance. The transition of governance model stems from a complex power mechanism, which shows that the transformation of national governance is the institutional pressure for promoting the transition of governance model of sports social organizations,and the long-standing "path dependence" has become the resistance;and in addition,the transition is also affected by multiple forces of the diversion of sports governance objectives, the policy innovation of local governments and the diversification of sports demands.
