E-Learning Teaching Strategies: A Case Study of Southern Punjab Universities.

Abstrakt: Purpose: The study's goal was to examine the adaptation of E-learning instructional methodologies and their implications for university teachers. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study employs survey design and was delimited to district Women University Multan and Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan made up the study's population. A sample was selected through a convenient sampling technique. Thus 130 (one hundred and thirty) teachers from both universities were chosen. In the meanwhile, 14 teachers were chosen for interview from the same universities by using a purposive sampling technique. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect data. Frequency, percentage, mean score, and standard deviation were used to analyze the data that had been gathered. Findings: The study found that the majority of university teachers were inclined to the use electronic technology in the classrooms. They also use technology for the development of course content and they were indulged in E-learning interactivity. According to them, the use of technology in the classroom has been made possible by positive attitudes and a sense of efficacy by the teachers and they may increase students' interest and satisfaction with their education, productivity and efficiency in the classroom, and the development of new instructional strategies. The study's findings also revealed that they did not have any support for their regular classroom instruction or E-learning teaching methodologies. The research consistently demonstrates an inverse relationship between the reliability of electricity supply and business sales performance in SAR. Implications/Originality/Value: From a policy perspective, the study investigated the use of electronic technology by university teachers in their classrooms. The study underscores the importance and use of E-learning teaching strategies at universities, offering valuable insights for policymakers and for university teachers as well in the southern Punjab.
