Abstrakt: The article presents the discussion on transition from medical school to clinical practice long been regarded as a stressful transition. Topics include shift work, increased workload, increased responsibility, a shift in working relationships and in their professional identity; and pertinent as the normal healthcare and organisational structures were in constant flux.
