The article reports on the book "EvaluLEAD: A Guidebook for Shaping and Evaluating Leadership Development Programs." Developed by the Population Leadership Program and the Sustainable Leadership Initiative at the Public Health Institute, in partnership with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, "EvaluLEAD" is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development. "EvaluLEAD" offers a framework for evaluating leadership development based on values, norms, and performance factors. Its co-authors John Grove, Barry Kibel and Taylor Haas share a new way of thinking about the nature and purpose of leadership development initiatives and the dynamic contexts in which they operate. |
