The article discusses healthy lifestyle strategies to avoid the risk of getting colds or experiencing colds of a longer duration and to promote respiratory and immune health. Measures suggested to prevent colds include regular hand washing, avoiding smoking or vaping, regular exercise, reducing sugar intake and eating vegetables. Natural remedies for cold treatment include curcumin, echinacea, elderberry, garlic, ginger, oil of oregano, Panax ginseng, quercetin, vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc. |
