The article discusses an innovative approach to teacher professional learning implemented at the Edith Bowen Laboratory School in Logan, Utah. The school's leadership team recognized the need for personalized professional development and created separate learning teams for teachers in various subjects. The teachers were given autonomy to choose their learning teams. This approach empowered teachers, fostered collaboration, engagement, and improved the quality of professional learning. |
