The article focuses on expansion of the multicultural and multilingual podcasting and broadcasting with expansion of populations. Topics discussed include access to programming in languages produced by Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), lack of diversity in U.S. media, and need of media in non-HBCUs to work to increase student of color participation in storytelling. |
