This paper describes two nuclear forensic courses: a semester-length course used for policy students in a master's degree program in Nonproliferation and Terrorism at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California; and a potential weekend program derived from the semester-long course. In discussing the courses, the article considers how to provide basic nuclear education to policy students and diplomats. Course overviews and syllabi are outlined, as are recommendations for a textbook and reading assignments. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
