Abstrakt:	Working together with the people who complete the process enables the TD team to produce a shared mental model of the process across the organization. During the planning workshop, the TD team and client (the business owner who sponsors the process-mapping effort) create a high-level representation of the selected process, typically around seven or so major - or level 1 - activities (see Figure 1).
