Take out the net value of the real estate for the richest 1% and the poorest 50%, and the remaining wealth of the 1% as of the first quarter of 2021 is over 30 times greater than the holdings of the poorest 50%. That increase is much lower than the 400% increase when the net value of their real estate holdings are included as of the first quarter of 2021.
