, Sturgeon Falls OFAH Wildlife Biologist Kirsten Snoek responds: Non-typical antler growth is usually the result of a previous injury to the pedicle, which is the point where the antler erupts. I've been given the opportunity, however, to join a deer drive during our shotgun season, and the nostalgic part of me very much wants to harvest a deer - this year or ever - with the Mauser, like my grandfather did so many years ago. Great to finally meet so many awesome outdoors folks in person at the @sportsmenshowTO today, including @FishHardDave Hanging with my friends at @ofah and host of @AnglerHunterTV mattmason638 Found turkeys, thinking their days are numbered.
