Embodied PE Teaching: The Practical Perspective of Implement Physical Education Curriculum Standards.

Abstrakt: The traditional physical education with dual orientation of body and mind is not conducive to the implementation and practice of physical education curriculum standards, and there are difficulties in implementing the content of physical education curriculum standards due to the deviation of physical education objectives from the core literacy objectives of the discipline, the difficulty in implementing physical education curriculum standards due to the physical training and spiritual shelving of physical education, and the difficulty in implementing physical education curriculum standards due to the utilitarian-oriented physical education evaluation of "suppressing the mind and promoting the body". From the "mind-body-body" approach to physical education, it is difficult to implement physical education standards. But from "mind-body duality" to "mind--body integration" and "centrifugal cognition to" embodied cognition", embodied physical education can be effective. Embodied physical education teaching can effectively implement the implementation and practice of physical education curriculum standards, which is reflected in the interpretation and practice of physical education core literacy, the understanding and conception of physical education curriculum content, the implementation and expression of physical education curriculum implementation, and the presentation and achievement of academic quality assessment. In addition, we have explored the implementation of the physical education curriculum standards through embodied physical education, established the values and goals of physical education based on the body and life, constructed the main line of action and the basic rationale of physical education teaching as "experience-perception- interaction-internalization-construction", and analyzed the "experience, situation, dialogue, generation, and evaluation". The purpose is to better implement the physical education curriculum standards, develop students' core qualities in physical education, and achieve the goal of educating people with moral values.
