| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the Bağlama Symposium organized by the Pop Academy in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg State Music Council, and other music consrvatories which attracted people interested in the instrument. Topics discussed include the significance of Bağlama for young people with importance of psychological understanding of the instrument; and insights into the musical culture of the Bağlama with the need for expansion in the interest of non-Turkish community. |
