Abstrakt: The article presents the proceedings of the annual meeting of the Keats-Shelley Association of America. Carl H. Pforzheimer Jr., as President, called the meeting to order at I 1:O5 a.m., on May 16, 1985, and declared the determination of a quorum in the headquarters of the Association, The Carl H. Pforzheimer Library in New York City. All members present rose in silence in memory of John Jolliffe, former librarian of the Bodleian, and Robert H. Taylor, past President of the Association. The minutes of the May 1984 meeting were approved as published. The report on a stable membership, given by Carl Woodring as Secretary, and the report of the Treasurer, Donald H. Reiman, were received with thanks.
