The article informs that preserving and transmitting the cultural tradition of wearing hanbok, traditional clothing of Korea, has gained traction in recent years. It is noted that world-famous K-pop acts BTS and BLACKPINK created a sensation when they wore modified hanbok in music videos and at concerts and it sparked tremendous interest in traditional Korean clothing among K-pop fans around the world and helped to raise its global profile. |
