The article explores the changes in communication, teaching and engagement in universities and colleges in the U.S. that began during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics discussed include the need for education leaders and institutions to foster a shared vision and develop an understanding of institutional core values that engage stakeholders, and issues affecting the environment in classrooms and faculty negotiations. |
