Aim: To find the effectiveness of motor imaginary workouts in improving hamstring flexibility among teenagers Methodology:The pre and post single group quasi experimental study with 50 participants was conduct at Out Patient Department Meenakshi Faculty of Physiotherapy. The pre and Post Hamstring flexibility score was the primary outcome measure that was taken after giving motor imaginary workouts for 6 months period. Outcome measures: Universal goniometer, Ruler and Inch tape assessment. Results: Post-test has high statistical difference than Pre-test so we conclude the study is to be statistically significant there by accepting the alternate hypothesis Conclusion: In this study we conclude that motor imaginary workouts is effective in improving hamstring tightness.
