The author provides practical tools she found helpful in continuing her self-reflection and learning, and trying to employ an intersectionality-informed perspective and approach in all aspects of her work, all in pursuit of their goal of developing as school psychologists and social change agents. Topics discussed include importance of intersectionality, prerequisite to using the intersectionality framework effectively, and actions to promote intersectionality within a graduate program. |
