The article discusses the court case In re N.A., wherein the Supreme Court of Montana reviewed a decision made by the district court to civilly commit N.A. after allowing a state's witness to testify via two-way electronic audio-video communication over objection by the defendant. It reports that the Supreme Court of Montana concluded that the district court had committed a reversible error and the judgment was reversed. |
