Abstrakt: A 34-year old female, treated with high dose of chloroquine phosphate for ten years, was reported. Her best-corrected visual acuity was 6/6 and 6/9 in right eye (RE) and left eye (LE) respectively. Fundus examination revealed early bull's eye maculopathy in both the eyes (BE). Pericentral scotoma and color vision defect were detected. Fundus photography and fluorescien angiography were performed. A diagnosis of chloroquine macular toxicity was made and the therapy discontinued. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
