A case study of a 52-year-old female presented to the Emergency Department with a three day history of progressive fatigue, hoarseness and dysphagia with mild bilateral cervical lymphandenopathy. Topics include Flexible nasendoscopy showed mild supraglottic oedema and erythema with airway compromise; and Chest xray demonstrated steeple sign indicative of laryngotracheobronchitis or croup. |
