Abstrakt: The participation of third-party organizations in supervising and evaluating school physical education has become a key move in reforming China's school physical education in the new era. This study adopts such research methods as literature review, field research and expert interview and points out the status quo: the motivation of third-party organizations to participate in supervising and evaluating school physical education has been strengthened; relevant policies have been gradually introduced; the participation mechanism is taking shape. The main problems at present include: few social organizations participating in supervision and evaluation; slow development and insufficient institutional supply; inaccurate positioning of social organizations; unfilled vacancies; inaccurate evaluation results; lacking evaluation guidance. It is therefore necessary to actively cultivate social organizations, improve the governance of social organizations, strengthen legislation, strengthen institutional supply, establish certification standards, standardize access procedures, improve re-supervision mechanisms, and clarify the direction of supervision and evaluation.
