Abstrakt: In the article, the author discusses issues on menstruation, pregnancy and the constitutionality of the tampon tax. Also cited are the sex discrimination arguments in a lawsuit challenging the double standard and constitutionality of the tax, the provisions of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA), and the U.S. Supreme Court cases Geduldig v. Aiello and General Electric v. Gilbert as examples.
