| Abstrakt: | The article reports that in 2019, several years will have passed since the death of the famous Dutch painter Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rhijn (1606-1669). Topics include considered that one of the most dramatic turning points in his eventful life was undoubtedly his bankruptcy in 1656 and he lodged a petition with the Hoge Raad for the cession of profits (beneficium cessionum). |
